SHIPPING

How much is delivery?

All orders of $100 and above qualify for free local delivery within Singapore.

An additional delivery of $5 for orders below $100 to be delivered within Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

How long does it take to deliver my items?

We will deliver your order on the following weekend.

If you need the items urgently, kindly leave a note during the checkout so that we can arrange for delivery as soon as possible.

How long will it take for Greenie Genie to get back to my email?

For all email inquiries, we will take 3 working days to respond to your order or inquiry.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order?

Every piece varies slightly in colour and size as this is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.

What is your refund policy?

Defective merchandise (except for sale items) can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached in original condition. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.

Please email us for return request and photos of the items must be attached in the same email. The buyer shall be responsible for the return delivery and the cost of the return delivery.

Refund of the purchase amount (minus the delivery cost) will be done in the form of credit once the returned item is received and processed.

Do note that returns may be refused at management's discretion.
